At Beargallery we realise from our own experience that when buying online we worry about our purchases
We ask ourselves:
Pre Order items....what does this mean...how do I pay?
A pre order item is one that has not yet arrived into stock. You can choose to pay for your bear etc by completing the payment section at the end of the checkout process. This means that you have chosen to pay in advance and your payment is made straight to our bank
Alternatively you can choose to phone your order directly to ourselves by phoning 02825 88 22 62 between 10 am and 10 pm daily and request that the payment only be taken at time of despatch. We will require your card details at this stage but full payment will not be taken at this time. We do however usually ask for a 10% deposit which is non refundable but should you cancel your pre-order you can however transfer your deposit to another item
Is the online payment secure ?
Payments by all major credit cards including PAYPAL and American Express are taken over our secure server to ensure that your payment details are securely encrypted. At the point of entering your credit card details the padlock icon will appear on your computer confirming that your card details are secure. At no point do we or our staff do not see your card details. We are only informed that your payment is either successful or declined.
Is the telephone payment secure ?
All telephone payment details are immediately deleted after payment is taken.
Is my bear in new condition?
Most of our teddies are stored in an air conditioned smoke free environment and are kept in their original packaging never having been handled since their manufacture.
When will I receive it ?
Many of our products arrive the next day or within a few days from placing your order (depending on the time of receipt of order and destination address and value of your order)
What if it doesn’t arrive?
In our long experience this rarely happens but we at Beargallery take responsibility to ensure that you are fully protected by insuring our goods in transit.
Can I place the order by phone ?

Can I exchange it?

Is there a Guarantee?
All of our products are guaranteed. Due to the quality of the products we sell it is extremely rare for an item to be returned faulty but in the event that should happen please contact us immediately at 02825882262. See terms and conditions.
Can I send it to a different address?
No problem, you will have the opportunity to add a different mailing address during the checkout process.
How well is it packed ?
All of our products are securely packed, shipped in eco friendly recycled boxes.
